  28.       -  This  version  sees  the return of those  special  symbols  for
  29.       specific personas within the Community Decks.  In the next version
  30.       of  the  Portal we will have more information on what each  symbol
  31.       means,   but  for  now  they allow you  to  quickly  identify  key
  32.       Personas such as Vulcan Staff,  BiLocal Staff, Portal Ambassadors,
  33.       Portal Services,  Commercial Web Owners and Unofficial Portal  Web
  34.       Owners.

  36.       (2) Unique Security & Mail Servers

  38.       -  This  version uses specific Security and Mail Servers depending
  39.       on where you live within the Vulcan Orbiter.  What does this mean?
  40.       Well  basically it means that you will be sharing specific Servers
  41.       with  only  2,000  other Portal Users,  the end result  should  be
  42.       quicker connection times and lower congestion.

  44.       The  only downside to this improvement,  is that if you ever  post
  45.       3dVoiceMail  to  people  who   live  four  decks  apart,   then  a
  46.       connection  to  a  unique Mail Server  will  have  to  take  place
  47.       between posts. However, early tests prove this to be quite fast.

  53.       -  This  version  allows access to new Portal  Personas  who  will
  54.       slowly  be  filling up Deck 27 and beyond and  also  has  improved
  55.       reporting specifically when problems occur when connecting to  the
  56.       many Vulcan Servers.

  61.       -  This  version  marks a special occasion for  Vulcan  as  it  is
  62.       exactly  one year ago that we released the very first  version  of
  63.       the Vulcan Portal. (5) Need Help ?
